- On-Site Production Monitoring: Our project managers are on the factory floor, providing real-time oversight of production schedules and proactively resolving issues to prevent delays.
- Warehousing & Inventory Management: We manage standardized warehousing in Vietnam to ensure your finished products are stored safely and securely before shipment.
- Expert Vietnam & International Logistics: We specialize in exporting from Vietnam, handling all freight, customs documentation, and compliance to ensure your goods arrive safely and economically.
3. Rigorous Quality Control
Philosophy: Quality is non-negotiable. Our on-site presence ensures standards are built-in, not just inspected at the end.
Process & Capabilities:
- Standard Establishment (SIP): We create a detailed Standard Inspection Procedure (SIP) for every product, which serves as the ultimate quality benchmark.
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Our team in Vietnam physically inspects all raw materials at the factory, rejecting any that do not meet our stringent specifications.
- IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): We monitor critical production steps on the factory floor, preventing defects at the source and ensuring consistency throughout the production run.
- FQC/OQC (Final/Outgoing Quality Control): A comprehensive final inspection is performed before packaging, checking appearance, dimensions, function, and packaging integrity. We provide a detailed report for your approval.
- Testing & Validation: We manage all necessary testing, whether in-house or with third-party labs, to ensure product safety and compliance.
